Cancellation Policy

In case of a cancellation, please inform us as soon as possible.
The cancellation fees are as follows:
• Cancellation up to the 60th day before the start of the stay incurs an administration fee of € 10.00. The remaining deposit will be refunded to the provided IBAN number after the summer season (October-November).
• Cancellation between the 60th and 14th day before the start of the stay incurs an administration fee of € 15.00. The remaining deposit will be refunded to the provided IBAN number after the summer season (October-November).
• Cancellation within 14 days before the start of the stay results in the entire deposit being owed to us.
