How to book

Online Rental

At Garda Service 4U, we offer an online booking system for renting items, allowing you to arrange delivery directly to your accommodation on the desired arrival date.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Select the desired item(s) in the designated section of the menu on our website.
  2. Add the selected item(s) to the shopping cart.
  3. Once you’ve added all the desired item(s), click on “Complete Order”.
  4. You will be directed to the shopping cart where you can enter the delivery date, number of rental days, and delivery location to calculate service costs and enter the details for shipping the order.
  5. Fill in the required fields and submit the order.
  6. You will immediately receive a provisional confirmation email of the order.
  7. Next, you will receive an email with information about the availability of the item(s). If the item(s) are available for the requested period, we will send you an email with the rental quote, including the amount of the down payment required to confirm the booking.
  8. Upon receiving the down payment, you will receive a final confirmation via email, along with detailed instructions and contact information for the delivery of the item(s).

Payment Methods

We accept payment of the deposit via bank transfer or PayPal.
The balance and the deposit are to be paid in cash upon delivery of the item(s).
The deposit will be refunded upon collection of the item(s), after checking the condition of the item(s).
Please note that even in the case of early departure, payment for the full agreed rental period is required.

Offline Rental

For offline rental, you can call us at 003932933719009 during your stay and request the desired item(s).

Payment Methods

Available Delivery Areas
We are active year-round with deliveries in the area between Garda and San Felice del Benaco.
The delivery service in the following areas is only available during the low season (from September to June) and is limited to certain items such as height adjustable electric beds, wheelchairs, mobility scooters and rollators.
